How it Works
We install the NearbyNow code on your website, along with a landing page for every city where you do business. When your field service workers perform a task at the customer location, they do a check-in with the software. That check-in appears as a map pin on a Google map embedded in the city landing page, along with a keyword optimized description entered by the field service worker. This is our "secret weapon" for helping our clients rank quickly for important search phrases.
When the job is complete, the field service work sends a review request to the customer. When the customer leaves a review, it adds another map pin on the Google map, further adding to your company's local relevance in that community. The customer also has the option to leave a Google, Facebook, Yelp, or other online review venue.
